Jet Set Spins app: install it, or play from the browser
Three quick steps put our Jet Set Spins app on a phone:
- Pick the route: the Android app, the iPhone app, or the browser version.
- Install it, or open the browser version in Chrome or Safari.
- Sign in with the same e-mail and password as for the full casino.
Our apps for Android and iPhone are free, both are version 4.8.2 at 67 MB, and the browser version works without a download. One set of credentials opens the Jet Set Spins casino, the app and the browser version, so nothing needs to be set up twice.
When the Jet Set Spins install stalls
Small hitches have short fixes. The table matches each symptom to its cause and next move.
| Symptom | Cause | Next action |
|---|---|---|
| Android file refuses to install | An APK from outside the store needs a one-time browser permission | Allow the install permission once, then reopen the file |
| Install halts part-way | The app needs 67 MB of free storage | Free up that space and start again |
| No alerts arrive in the mobile browser | Notifications are absent in the mobile browser | Use the app, where notifications are available |
| Home Screen icon shows fewer alerts | Notifications are limited in the Home Screen web app | Switch to the app for the full set |

Taking money out from the app
Routes
Withdrawals are available by Visa, Mastercard, Skrill, Neteller, Trustly and Revolut, and go back by a route tied to the confirmed payment method.
Speed and ceiling
The average payout window is 29 minutes. Amounts above £69,000 leave in separate requests.
What can hold a request
A first withdrawal waits on about 23 hours of document verification. A routine review can pause withdrawals and bonus claims until documents are compared.
The Jet Set Spins registration and verification guide explains which documents are requested and when.
Limits and tools in the app
Deposit limits, loss limits, session reminders, time-out periods and self-exclusion all work inside the app. They can be set from the phone, and GamCare on 0808 8020 133, BeGambleAware and GAMSTOP stand ready as independent help.
